
Academic staff members who successfully complete their application are scored according to the selection criteria set out in the IZU Erasmus+ Programme Directive below.

13 | Academic staff who document a YÖKDİL, YDS, TOEFL, IELTS result or an examination result recognised as equivalent by ÖSYM are awarded points as indicated in the table alongside.
Alternatively, if staff members who completed their doctorate abroad do not hold a valid foreign language certificate, their foreign language score is deemed to fall within the 81-90 band and +8 points are added to their score. | Score Range | To Be Awarded Score |

| In the event of a tie in the ranking, the following priorities are applied in order until the tie is broken. | |||

Evaluation and Selection
After the applications have been evaluated by the University Erasmus+ Commission, the principal and reserve candidates are determined according to the quotas specified in the application announcement.
The list of candidates selected as principal and reserve as well as those not selected is published, together with the scores awarded during the evaluation, in the announcements section of the university website, in the application announcements section of the Erasmus+ Coordinators and on the notice boards.
Participants who have been selected for mobility but decide not to take part must notify the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Office of the situation with a letter of withdrawal.
In the event of withdrawal, the place passes to the candidates on the reserve list.
