Founded in 2016, the Management, Entrepreneurship and Leadership Application and Research Center is a strong meeting point for students, academics and industry representatives, blending the entrepreneurial spirit, leadership vision and management skills.
Among the founders of our center is our Minister of Trade, Prof. Dr. Ömer BOLAT, and the center carries out comprehensive activities for the production and dissemination of high-quality knowledge in the fields of management, entrepreneurship and leadership. Its board of directors, composed of experts in the field, and its wide-ranging advisory board, made up of industry representatives, academics, public administrators and entrepreneurial alumni, provide a strong institutional foundation for the center's vision and a multifaceted environment of interaction for stakeholders.
In addition to supporting the strengthening of the content of the undergraduate courses students take in management, entrepreneurship and leadership, the center offers academic and advisory support for graduate students' thesis work. We also encourage knowledge sharing by organizing seminars and panels attended by leading academics and industry professionals at national and international level. Entrepreneurship ecosystem meetups, the leadership and entrepreneurship academy, certified training and programmes, field and industry visits, sessions where entrepreneurial alumni share their experiences, workshops and entrepreneurship awards are among the important events and activities carried out by the center.
YGLAUM also actively contributes to project development activities with national and international funds in the fields of management, entrepreneurship and leadership. In this respect, our center aims to create an innovative, productive and sustainable ecosystem in both academic and applied fields.
