Coverage: Scholarships and discounts cover only the tuition fee; accommodation, health insurance, books and living expenses are the student's responsibility.
Continuation of the scholarship: The scholarship or discount of a student who receives a disciplinary penalty may be terminated or its rate reduced.
Updates: Tuition fees are redetermined for each academic year by the University's authorized boards.
2. Registration Deposit
Candidates applying from abroad are charged a deposit of 10% of the full tuition fee set for the programme to which they are admitted. The deposit is deducted from the tuition fee upon final registration. No deposit is charged to candidates admitted with a 100% scholarship. Refund conditions are set out in the Letter of Undertaking signed during the registration process.

4. General Scholarship Principles
Scholarships and discounts are subject to the provisions of the Scholarship Directive adopted by the University Senate. Discounts are calculated in order, each on the remaining fee: first the placement/admission scholarship, then other discounts such as academic achievement, sports and arts scholarships. The sibling/spouse discount and cash scholarships are applied separately, independently of this order.

6. Payment Methods
For security reasons, cash payments are not accepted. At least half of the annual tuition fee is paid for registration; the remaining amount is paid before course registration for the spring semester.
a) Credit Card
Payments are made via the Tuition Fee Payment and Inquiry System. The number of instalments indicated applies to the cards listed in the table above; cards not in the table can only be used for a single payment. No bank fee is charged for instalments. If the limit of one card is not sufficient, the remaining amount can be paid with other cards.
b) OTS — School Instalment System
A 10-instalment option is offered through Kuveyt Türk (at branches) and Albaraka Türk (at branches, via mobile and internet banking). The bank pays the fee to the University in a single payment; the student pays the instalments to the bank. Banks may request additional documents during the application.
c) Bank Transfer
Payment can be made by wire transfer to the USD accounts below. The transaction must be requested from the bank as a "transfer", not a "payment". "Name Surname, Passport No, Undergraduate Tuition Fee" must be written in the description field; otherwise the payment may not be matched to its owner.

The information on this page applies to international students who will enrol in undergraduate programmes in the 2026-2027 academic year. On matters relating to scholarships and fees, the decisions of the University's authorized boards, the Scholarship Directive and the Directive on the Application, Evaluation, Admission and Registration of International Students to Undergraduate Programmes shall prevail.
