About the Use of Career Gateway (Kariyer Kapısı) in Erasmus+ Applications
As of 1 March 2022, following notification from the Turkish National Agency, Erasmus+ student and staff mobility selection and application procedures will be conducted through the Presidency's Career Gateway (Kariyer Kapısı) portal.
In its relevant letter, the Turkish National Agency of the Directorate for EU Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that one of the most important features of the 2021-2027 Erasmus+ Programme is "digitalisation", and that within this framework a study was carried out in 2021 under a project run jointly by the Presidency's Human Resources Office (CBİKO) and the Directorate, so that Erasmus+ Student and Staff Mobility applications and the related application and selection processes could be handled centrally through the Presidency's Career Gateway across all universities and announced within the system created.
It has been stated that, in order for the system to be used on a mandatory basis by universities as of 1 March 2022, Erasmus+ student and staff mobility selection and application procedures must be conducted through the Presidency's Career Gateway portal.
From now on, our University will announce applications on its website for information purposes only; however, the announcement and application process will continue via https://portal.ua.gov.tr/. You can follow the applications through the Presidency's Career Gateway portal and submit your application with the required documents.
