Important Note: The deadline for selected candidates to complete their mobility is 30.06.2026.
The start date for mobilities has been set as 9 February 2026.
Our staff may follow any updates to the application calendar on the web page of the İZÜ Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.
Applicant staff must have a B1 level of English and must obtain a letter of acceptance from the institution where they will teach. If a language exam result document is available, the exam result documents must be uploaded to the system. YDS and YÖKDİL documents will be evaluated without applying the five-year validity requirement. Other exam certificates are valid for two years. When uploading the relevant language documents to the system, they must be uploaded in such a way that the verification codes are visible.

Applications will be made through the Erasmus Application Portal. After logging in to the application system with your Turkish ID number and password (via e-Government), you can complete your application by uploading the required documents to the system. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated. The application link is provided below.
