Applications will be made through the Erasmus Application Portal. After logging in to the application system with your Turkish ID number and password (via e-Government), you can complete your application by uploading the required documents to the system. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated. The application link is shared below.

Academic staff who document a YÖKDİL, YDS, TOEFL, IELTS or an equivalent exam result recognised by ÖSYM are awarded points as indicated in the adjacent table.

 

Alternatively, if staff members who completed their doctorate abroad do not hold a valid foreign language certificate, their Foreign Language Score will be deemed to fall within the 81-90 band and +8 points will be added to their score.

In the event of a tie in the ranking, the following priorities are applied in order until the tie is broken.

Staff members who have documented their language proficiency.

Erasmus+ Zero-Grant Mobility Option

Staff may exercise this right either by selecting the "Without Grant" option during the application or by notifying the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office after the results are announced.

Additional Grant Opportunity for Persons with Special Needs

For the mobility of staff with disabilities, an additional grant may be provided in line with their special needs. For detailed information, you may contact the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.

Grant Calculation

Staff selected for staff mobility will be granted 5 days of funding and one-off travel support.

Calculation: 5 x the daily grant amount for the destination country + the travel grant awarded on the basis of the distance in km calculated for the destination country; 80% of this total is paid before the mobility and the remaining 20% after the mobility is completed and the certificate of attendance has been submitted to the Erasmus Institutional Coordinatorship.
