Important Note: The deadline for selected candidates to complete their mobility is 30.06.2025.
The start date for mobilities has been set as 3 February 2025.
Our staff may follow any updates to the application calendar on the web page of the İZÜ Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.
Applicant staff must have a B1 level of English and must obtain a letter of acceptance from the host institution. If a language exam result document is available, the exam result documents must be uploaded to the system. (YDS and YÖKDİL documents will be evaluated subject to a five-year validity requirement. Other exam certificates are valid for two years. When uploading the relevant language documents to the system, they must be uploaded in such a way that the verification codes are visible. Candidates without a language exam certificate must select the option "I would like to take the Erasmus+ Language Proficiency Exam" when applying.

Applications will be made through the Erasmus Application Portal. After logging in to the application system with your Turkish ID number and password (via e-Government), you can complete your application by uploading the required documents to the system. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated. The application link is provided below.

Travel Support

Erasmus+ Mobility without Grant Option
Staff may exercise this right either by selecting the "Without Grant" option during the application or by notifying the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office after the results are announced.
Additional Grant Opportunity for Participants with Special Needs
For the mobility of staff with disabilities, an additional grant may be provided in line with their special needs. For detailed information, you may contact the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.

Grant Calculation
Staff selected for staff mobility will be granted a 5-day grant and a one-off travel support payment.
Calculation: 5 x the daily grant amount of the destination country + the travel grant awarded according to the distance in km calculated for the destination country. 80% of this total will be paid before the mobility, and the remaining 20% after the mobility is completed and the certificate of attendance has been submitted to the Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office.
