ABOUT TUITION FEES AND PAYMENTS
A student who cannot successfully complete the graduate programme in which they are enrolled within the normal period of study pays the fee for one (1) course determined by our University for the relevant semester in order to register for thesis in the following semesters.
For newly enrolled graduate students, thesis/project fees are collected as part of the tuition fee. When the student reaches the thesis/project stage, no separate thesis/project fee is charged in addition to the tuition fee paid at registration.
When re-registering, students who have completed the graduate course period but have not completed their thesis or project:
Are charged the full tuition fee for the relevant semester,
Are refunded the course fees after course exemption procedures are completed.

FOR INTERNATIONAL (Foreign National) STUDENTS

To find out the tuition fee of the graduate programme you have been admitted to, please log in to the Tuition Fee Payment and Inquiry System.
You can pay tuition fees by 3 different methods:
1. Discounted Up-Front Cash Payment:
A 10% (ten per cent) up-front payment discount is applied to those who pay the full 2026-2027 academic year graduate tuition fee up front by bank transfer, EFT or FAST to the Turkish lira IBAN accounts registered in the name of “Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University” listed below.

For payments made by bank transfer, EFT or FAST, the following information must be written in the description field of the receipt: the student's "T.R. Identity Number" and “Name and Surname"
If the tuition fee is paid in a single payment by credit card or OTS, the up-front payment discount is not applied.
2. Instalment Payment by Credit Card:
You can pay your tuition fee in instalments via the Tuition Fee Payment and Inquiry System with the credit cards whose features and numbers of instalments are listed below.

Banks do not charge any fee for instalment transactions.
If the limit of the credit card you are using to pay the full tuition fee is not sufficient, you can continue paying the remaining amounts with different credit cards.
With credit cards other than those listed above, payment can only be made as a single payment.
3. Instalment Payment via the Bank Automatic Collection System (OTS)

The bank may request a "Proof of Income" for instalments made via OTS.
OTS transactions are made based on a bank account, and no additional fee or charge is applied.
PAYMENT METHODS FOR INTERNATIONAL (Foreign National) STUDENTS |
You can find out the tuition fee of the graduate programme you have been admitted to from the Tuition Fee Payment and Inquiry System. When logging in to the system, you can enter your “Passport Number” instead of the “T.R. Identity Number”.
You can pay tuition fees by 2 different methods:
1. Discounted Up-Front Cash Payment:
A 10% (ten per cent) up-front payment discount is applied to those who pay the full 2026-2027 academic year graduate tuition fee up front by bank transfer, EFT or FAST to the USD IBAN account registered in the name of “Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University” listed below.

If the tuition fee is paid in a single payment by credit card or via the Bank Automatic Collection System (OTS), the up-front payment discount is not applied.
2. Per-Semester Instalment Payment:
International students enrolling in master's (with thesis) and doctoral programmes may pay their tuition fees in 4 (four) instalments during the first four semesters, at the beginning of each semester, before the course selection dates and as a single payment each time.
Students enrolling in non-thesis master's programmes may pay their tuition fees in 2 (two) instalments during the first two semesters, at the beginning of each semester, before the course selection dates and as a single payment each time.

To ensure your payment is completed quickly and securely, do not make transactions at ATMs.
It is not possible to pay the tuition fee directly to our University in cash in monthly instalments or by cheque or promissory note.
After completing your payment, log in to the Tuition Fee Payment and Inquiry System again and make sure that your payment has gone through.
If the full tuition fee is not paid, either in a single payment or in instalments, registration renewal cannot be completed.
Scholarship and discount requests made after registration are not accepted.
For the Sibling or Spouse Discount to be reflected in your tuition fee, deliver by hand to our University's Graduate Education Institute the documents proving that you are siblings or spouses (detailed civil registry record, copy of identity card) during the registration dates and before paying the tuition fee, or send these documents in PDF format by e-mail to enstitu_sekreterligi@izu.edu.tr.
Students who cannot successfully complete the graduate programme they are attending within the normal period of study can find out the amount of the semester fee (1 course fee) they must pay to register for thesis in the following semesters by logging in to the Tuition Fee Payment and Inquiry System.
