About the Program
It consists of ten courses (3 hours per week) and master's project work (Total 90 ECTS). The normal duration of this program is 2 semesters, the maximum duration is 3 semesters.
Program Objectives & Goals
Objectives
- Our managers and teachers who are in our education system and education experts working in the education units of the institutions will present the current knowledge and skills that they need in this area and present contemporary practices and provide them with the necessary guidance services about how they will benefit from them. To educate managers and auditors who have scientific understanding by giving practical skills with theoretical knowledge to the employees and those who will work in the educational institutions.
- The aim of the Master of Education Management program is; To educate the Ministry of National Education and other institutions in the field of management and supervision, to raise the professional qualifications of teachers, administrators and supervisors working in educational institutions; to develop knowledge and skills related to the field of educational sciences and to contribute to the development of theories, models and research methods in the field of study as comprehending, interpreting and practicing individuals.

Degree and Level Awarded
Students who successfully complete their credit courses and term project and have a cumulative grade point average of 2.50 and above are awarded a master's degree without thesis. On the non-thesis graduate diploma, the name of the program in the department where the student is registered is approved by YÖK.
Admission Requirements
To be a graduate of the Faculty of Education or a Pedagogical Formation certificate -ALES score requirement is not required. -The courses of this program are given in Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Halkalı campus in the Fall semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year.

Our graduate students can become education managers in institutions affiliated to National Education and academicians at universities.
Access to Further Studies
Those who continue to the non-thesis master's program can apply for a master's program with thesis if they meet the minimum requirements set by the University for the master's program with thesis. The courses taken and successful in the non-thesis master's program can be substituted for the courses in the master's program with thesis upon the decision of the institute board of directors.
