Course Objective
By enabling students to understand the causes of human behavior in the business environment; The aim of the course is to provide the students with the knowledge of the factors affecting performance in business life, learning in business life, motivation, leadership, corporate and individual communication, group behavior, basic human resources processes, development, change, innovation and providing case studies analysis
Course Content
Basic concepts of organizational behavior, personality and personality theories, concepts of roles and roles, attitudes and prejudice, social groups and group dynamics, basic characteristics of organizational culture, dimensions, elements and functions, organizational communication, communication process, motivation and motivation theories, organizational change and development, organizational power and influencing process, introduction to human resources practices constitute the content of the course.
