Class Attendance and Roll Call

Attendance at classes and participation in all types of course activities (assignments, projects, etc.) are compulsory in the foreign language preparatory class.

Attendance of 85% of classes is compulsory in each module. Absences based on medical reports issued by health institutions or other similar documents are counted within the 15% allowance for excused absence.

A student who does not or cannot attend more than 15% of classes in any module, whether excused or unexcused, is deemed “absent”, fails the module, and repeats that module in the following module period.
