
The mobility must take place at the host university and in the country from which the letter of acceptance was obtained.
The study activity must be carried out without interruption. Therefore;
The country of study must not be left during the mobility. (Holidays excepted.)
The host institution cannot be changed during the mobility.
Learning Agreement for Studies - During Mobility
If there has been a change to the courses determined before the mobility, the During Mobility section of the Learning Agreement for Studies must be completed. (Learning Agreement for Studies - During Mobility).
- Changes made in the During Mobility section must be made with reference to tables A and B in the Before Mobility section of the Learning Agreement.
If there has been no change to the courses determined before the mobility, this section does not need to be completed.
Any changes made must be signed and approved by the student, the Departmental Erasmus Coordinator and the authorised representative of the host institution.
The approved document must be submitted to the Erasmus Institutional Coordinatorship.
Academic Equivalence Course Change Form
The Academic Equivalence Course Change Form is completed if there is a change to the courses taken at the host institution.
It shows which courses at our university the changes to the courses the student will take at the host institution under the learning agreement will be considered equivalent to.
For this reason, the Academic Equivalence Course Change Form must be submitted to the Faculty Secretariat by the Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinator together with the Learning Agreement During Mobility signed by all three parties.
Host University Transcript of Records
If the exam results for the courses the student has taken at the host institution have been announced in the final week of the mobility, a document showing the grades must be obtained.
The Transcript of Records;
- must include the original names, ECTS values and grades of the courses listed in the student's Learning Agreement.
- Courses the student has failed must be included in the transcript.
- The Transcript of Records must be original, wet-signed and sealed.
- If courses not specified in the learning agreement are taken and passed, those courses will not be transferred to the student's IZU transcript.
If the student returns without obtaining the Transcript of Records, they must request that the original document be sent by post.
Until the original transcript of records reaches the Erasmus Office, a scanned transcript sent by e-mail by the host institution's officials is accepted.
Certificate of Attendance
At the end of the mobility, the student must obtain a Certificate of Attendance from the host institution confirming that the Erasmus+ Study Mobility has been successfully completed.
- The Certificate of Attendance must state the actual start and end dates of the mobility.
- In the event of an early return, the return date must be stated on the certificate of attendance.
- The Certificate of Attendance must bear the wet signature and seal/stamp of the authorised representative of the host institution.
If, for various reasons, the student returns without obtaining the certificate of attendance, the original certificate must be requested by post.
Until the original certificate of attendance reaches the Erasmus Office, a scanned document sent by e-mail by the host institution's officials is accepted.
