You can check your tuition fee with your "Turkish ID number" and "surname" through the Tuition Fee Payment and Inquiry System.
Notice Regarding "ÖSYM" and "Preference" Scholarships and Discounts:
The students listed below cannot benefit from the "ÖSYM" and "Preference" Scholarships and Discounts. These students are enrolled in the "Tuition-Paying" program and the full tuition fee is charged:
- Students who, while enrolled at our University in the relevant academic year or after withdrawing their enrollment, retake the examination and are placed at our University by ÖSYM.
- Those who have previously graduated from any formal undergraduate program.
Notice Regarding Payment:
- If the tuition fee is paid in a single instalment through the Student Collection System (OTS), the advance payment discount will not be applied.
- The advance payment discount does not apply to our international students enrolled under the YÖS scheme.
- For payments made by wire transfer, EFT or FAST, the student's Turkish ID Number, Name and Surname must be written in the description field of the receipt as the payment description.
Payment by Credit Card:
You can pay your tuition fee through the Tuition Fee Payment and Inquiry System using the credit cards whose features and instalment numbers are specified below. If the limit of the single credit card you use is not sufficient to pay the entire tuition fee, you may continue your payment for the remaining amount with different credit cards. For cards other than those specified below, payments can only be made as a single charge.
- "World" (Banks offer a maximum of 2 instalments for cards with the World feature.)
- "Bonus" (Banks offer a maximum of 6 instalments for commercial cards. For personal cards, up to 10 instalments are available.)
- "Paraf"; up to 10 instalments with cards carrying this feature,
- "Maksimum"; up to 10 instalments with cards carrying this feature,
- You can pay in up to 10 instalments with credit cards carrying the "Ziraat Bankası Combo" feature.
Banks do not charge any fee for instalment transactions.
Payment through the Bank Automatic Collection System:
- Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank (Kuveyt Türk – instalments of up to 10 payments can be arranged at all branches in Türkiye.)
- Albaraka Türk Participation Bank (Albaraka Türk – instalments of up to 10 payments can be arranged at all branches in Türkiye and through internet and mobile banking. The Albaraka Türk OTS application and instalment guide can be found at the end of the page.)
- Once the OTS transaction is completed, the first instalment payment is made 3 days later.
- Our University does not provide a payment plan for the OTS transaction. When our students apply to the bank with their Turkish ID Number and the name of Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, the tuition fee can be viewed through the bank's system.
- The bank may request an "Income Statement" for instalment arrangements to be made through OTS.
- OTS transactions are carried out by the banks on an account basis, and no fee or additional charge is collected for these transactions.
Important Notices:
1. For payments made by wire transfer, EFT or FAST, the student's "Turkish ID Number", "Name" and "Surname" must be written as the payment description on the receipt.
2. Please do not carry out transactions at ATMs so that your payment can be completed quickly and securely.
3. Payment of the tuition fee to our University in cash in monthly instalments or by cheque or promissory note is not possible.
4. After completing your payment, please log in again to the Tuition Fee Payment and Inquiry System and make sure that your payment has been processed. If the tuition fee is not paid in full, either as a single charge or in instalments, registration renewal cannot take place.
6. Scholarship and discount requests submitted after the registration dates or after the payment transaction are processed for the following academic year and cannot be applied retroactively to previous years.
The fees for the English and Arabic Preparatory Programmes are the same as the tuition fee of the undergraduate programme in which the student is enrolled. All scholarships and discounts the student benefits from in their undergraduate programme (ÖSYM Placement Scholarship, Preference Discount, Scholarship for Relatives of Martyrs and Veterans, İlim Yayma Foundation/Society Scholarship, Sports/Arts Scholarship, Sibling/Spouse Discount, Staff Relative Discount, etc.) also apply to the compulsory and optional preparatory programme.

You may pay part of your tuition fee in advance by wire transfer/EFT to our University's bank account numbers. You may pay the remaining part in instalments through our University's Tuition Fee Payment and Debt Inquiry System.
At our University, tuition fee payments are made annually on the dates announced each year; we do not offer semester-based tuition fee payment.

Our University does not offer mail order payment. You can make your tuition fee payment online through our University's Tuition Fee Payment and Debt Inquiry System.
Tuition fee payments by cheque or promissory note cannot be made at our University.
Tuition fees are re-determined each year by the Board of Trustees, taking cost increases into account, and are announced on our University's official website.
The announced fees cover only education and training expenses. Accommodation, meals, transportation, books, summer school, study abroad and similar expenses are not included in the annual tuition fee.
