Course Objective
The aim of the course is to provide the skills to access, analyze, synthesize and interpret evidence-based information that will provide care, education and rehabilitation practices with a holistic approach in accordance with the needs of the age and to ensure that the acquired knowledge is reflected in the nursing profession and public health.
Course Content
This course includes sustainable development goals and chronic diseases, social determinants of health, current approaches to adaptation to chronic diseases, social support systems in the management of chronic diseases, use of technology in the management of chronic diseases, health literacy and digital literacy in chronic diseases, home care nursing, basic principles of patient education, clinical decision making and clinical pathways, evidence-based nursing, leadership and change.
