Course Objective
The aim of the course is to emphasize the importance of the people who are considered to be the most valuable source and intellectual capital of the corporations today, whether it is for profit or not-for-profit institutions.
Course Content
The issues such as HR planning, job analysis and job descriptions, recruitment, placement and training of the right person will be discussed in detail.
