Course Objective

The aim of the course is to familiarize the students with the basic concepts in business analysis and the importance of business analysis in other human resource applications and to turn theoretical knowledge into practice

Course Content

The nature of work, applications of business analysis methods and approaches, current business analysis methods and approaches

70% attendance is required. This percentage must be met to take the final exam.

40% midterm exam 60% final exam grade is used to determine the final grade.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. The students can do business analysis.
  2. The students apply the output of the performance appraisal to human resource management activities such as placement and promotion.
  3. The students understand the purpose and importance of job analysis in other human resource management activities, such as staff selection and performance appraisal
