Directorate of Financial Affairs

It is the unit that carries out and monitors the financial affairs of our university and records them in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. It prepares the university's annual estimated cash flow and budgets, makes the necessary comparisons with monthly actuals, and monitors and reports on all financial transactions. It is responsible for preparing and submitting the required legal tax returns, the financial monitoring of R&D projects, all invoicing, tuition and dormitory fees, scholarship payments, refunds for students who leave, payments to and reconciliations with companies, and the preparation of balance sheets and income statements.

It also carries out its work together with our units in line with our needs and, when necessary, with support from the relevant institutions.
