The Sports Council is a representative and decision-making body established to ensure students' active participation in sporting activities. Sports ambassadors elected from each department gather their fellow students' views and requests concerning sport and share this information with the administration at regular meetings.
The Sports Council generates ideas and develops solutions on a wide range of matters, from activity proposals to facility needs and from tournaments to new sports projects, and contributes to the implementation of the decisions taken.
As the voice of students, the Sports Council works to strengthen our University's sporting culture. It is the first sports council of its kind in Türkiye.
