Erasmus+ Study Mobility enables students enrolled at our university to complete part of their studies at a higher education institution in an Erasmus+ Programme Country with which we have an inter-institutional agreement.
Erasmus+ Programme Countries
United Kingdom, Denmark, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Italy, Iceland, Greek Cypriot Administration, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Romania, Türkiye*, Greece, Germany, Spain, Latvia, North Macedonia, Malta, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia.
The grant amounts provided for each destination country are set out in the calls for applications published by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Office.
Türkiye is a country included in the Erasmus+ Programme. However, participants selected from our university cannot carry out study mobility within Türkiye.
Eligible Institutions/Organisations
The institution where study mobility will take place must meet the following 2 conditions:
- It must be a Higher Education Institution holding an ECHE, and
- An inter-institutional agreement must have been concluded between the higher education institution and our university in the field of study concerned.

Minimum and Maximum Durations
The European Commission has set the duration of student study mobility at a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months. However, in order to allow more participants at our university to benefit from Erasmus+ study mobility, the grant-funded activity period is limited to 1 academic semester.
The activity period must be completed without interruption.
In student study mobility, if the certificate of attendance shows that the beneficiary carried out the activity for less than 3 months, the activity is deemed invalid and no grant is paid to the beneficiary.
A student found on the certificate of attendance to have carried out the activity for less than 3 months must repay the entire grant received.
