In this course, the concept of ethics and ethical theories, research ethics and publication ethics, unethical behaviors will be emphasized. To provide information and awareness about the most common research and publication ethics violations and methods to prevent them, and what the paths to follow in case of a violation are.
Course Content
The course includes basic concepts of research, scientific research process, determination of research topics, research design, sample and sampling methods, data sources, data organization issues, application examples of basic analysis techniques on data sets, and scientific publication and research ethics.
