Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Defines the concepts of Taekwondo.
  2. Discusses the history and general structure of Taekwondo more closely.
  3. Practices the basic techniques of Taekwon-do and Poomsae 1.
  4. Plans Taekwon-do in a fun way as individual and group exercises in recreational activities.

6Teaching all of Poomsae 1, demonstrating Taekwon-do competition techniques and steps (diversions), and teaching the 4 techniques and steps in practice.
