Course Objective

The aim of the course is to provide students with the ability to perform a choreography using rhythmic gymnastics equipment.

Course Content

The course content includes the introduction and history of rhythmic gymnastics, branch rules, classification of body movements, special training methods, branch-specific warm-up methods, jumping exercises, balance and coordination exercises, strength exercises, flexibility exercises, rope techniques, hoop techniques, pivot exercises, music knowledge, rhythm exercises, music selections, and choreography exercises.
