Course Objective
To provide students with the skills to teach Pilates exercise techniques, prepare series of Pilates techniques and carry out studies on Pilates exercise applications.
Course Content
Classical and modern Pilates approaches: examining similarities and differences, basic, intermediate and advanced matwork and reformer exercises and applications; basic level Cadillac exercises and creating Pilates exercise series.
