Explanations

The main purpose of graduate education is to educate students more deeply in a specific area. The course consists of two parts as theory and practice. Therefore, at the end of the period following the theoretical instruction of the course, it is aimed to give the students the behavior of transferring this knowledge to practice. First of all, basic information about management will be given to students and the importance of management in social service organizations will be emphasized. "How and how should be the management in social service organizations" will be explained and students will be asked to do homework about the organizations that provide social services. However, the application assignments to be made by the students will be presented and discussed by the students in the classroom (online). With the global epidemic in the world and in our country, it has become a necessity to take into account the necessary developments in education. The course process has also been reconsidered within the framework of this necessity.
