Course Objective

To understand the approaches and theories used in working with individuals, groups and families in social work practices on the basis of professional knowledge and values from a generalist social work perspective.

Course Content

Approaches used in social work practices in historical process. Theories used in micro level interventions in the context of the knowledge base of the profession. Planned change steps in working in individuals, families and groups from the perspective of advanced generalist social work.
