Course Content
Historical Development of Turkish Constitutional Order, constitutions in turkey, government systems
Course Learning Outcomes
- 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights into domestic law system and seeing the effect be able to compare with Turkey.
- 2 To be able to perceive the legal position of freedom of thought and organization and political freedoms in the system
- 3 To understand the meaning and classification of fundamental rights and the legal regime of fundamental rights in the Turkish constitutional system.
- 4 1876-1908-1924-1921-1961 and 1982 preparation of the Constitution and the constitutional order by learning to make comparisons.
- 5 Development of Constitutional Law in Turkey, to learn Constitutional movements
