Course Objective

A new court case has been set up in which the new CMK has settled the opening of a public case for offenses within the scope of reconciliation to the condition that the parties can not reach an agreement or settlement. This derste is intended to be discussed with the outline of the consensus institution.

Course Content

The settlement institution, which is a method aimed at resolving the dispute in an unjudicial way but under the supervision of judicial authorities, will be examined in detail within the frame of the new TCK and CMK, and the legal basis, procedure and basic features of reconciliation will be examined.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. To learn how to apply to the settlement body for what offenses, To learn how to make a settlement offer, To have information about the report to be prepared by the mediator at the end of the Settlement negotiations
