Course Content
International economic law is a branch of international law. This branch is divided into three sub-divisions: International Finance Law, International Investment Law and International Trade Law. Here, the sum of all the rules governing international finance, international investments and international trade constitutes international economic law. The circulation of goods, capital, services, and even the power of the business is related to all three fields and causes them to fall into each other.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Will have knowledge about the basic structure and resources of European Law.Europe will have basic knowledge in the common market, basic freedoms and freedom of goods transport.
- States will have knowledge of the concept, institutions and resources of economic law
- The World Trade Organization will have knowledge about structure and legal and international investment, finance and money law
- The partnership relationship between Turkey and the European Union and decisions of the Association Council and the right of establishment and freedom to provide services
