Course Objective
The aim of the course is to give theorotical information about personal and real securities. Once the participants have enough knowledge of the general principles and become ready to learn further, they will deeply be informed about the most common applications of securities.
Course Content
Personal securities concept, real securities concept, guarantee, bank guarantee, suretyship, hypothec, mortgage, pledge of assets agreement, pledge of movable goods, life credit insurance, pledge of shares, endorsement of alienation as a security, pledge of unsecured claims, alienation of unsecured claims as a security, aval as a security unique to commercial bills, pledge of claims connected to commercial papers, alienation of claims connected to commercial papers.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Students will have detailed knowledge in the scope of Guarantee Law.
- The student will have knowledge of how to determine a road map when confronting a dispute in relation to the collateral law.
