- Joint stock company types, information about publicly held joint stock companies and organizations.
- Determines the termination of the joint stock company, the reasons for the termination and the liquidation issues.
- The limited company learns about its establishment and its administration.
- The limited company learns about the rights and obligations of partners and the company's end.
