Course Objective

The course aims to discuss proceedings of Employment Tribunals that functions as specialized courts within both theoretical and practical frameworks.

Course Content

The course explains the duties, jurisdiction and proceedings of employment tribunals, as well as remedies against the judgments of employment tribunals and against administrative fines arising from Labor Law, which will be evaluated vis-a-vis Code of Civil Procedure.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Students learn the duties and jurisdiction of Employment Tribunals.
  2. Students acquire knowledge about remedies against the judgments of Employment Tribunals.
  3. Students acquire knowledge about Employment Tribunal proceedings.
