Course Objective
The aim of this course is to educate those involved in the tender law about tender offenses, how to deal with possible examination, investigation or trial and how to prove their justification.

Definition of Tender, Administrative and Criminal Responsibilities of Tender Procedures, Procurement Crimes, Acts and Actions Causing Corruption in Tenders Offense, Whether Methods Apart From Tender Process, such as Direct Supply, Result in Corruption in Tender Offense, Effects of Public Damages on the Offense, "Hollow" Tenders and Establishment of the Offense, Cases in Contravention of Tender Legislations which do not Lead to Offense, Requirements for the Corruption in Performance of Obligations Offense
