Course Objective
In this course, in which the problems of classroom teachers are discussed, the problems of teachers are determined depending on the sources in the literature and the opinions of the students. The aim of the course is to express the problems of teachers.
Course Content
What are the problems faced by new classroom teachers? What are the financial and moral problems of teachers? How do teachers deal with feelings such as burnout, intimidation-mobbing, and stress? What are the career ladders of teachers? What problems did the policies regarding educating primary school educators create in the history of teaching? What problems do teachers experience in communication with parents in their superior-subordinate relationships today?
