Course Objective

It is aimed to teach the adaptation of education according to individual needs by recognizing the groups with different special education needs and understanding the processes of evaluating and guiding individuals in these groups.

Course Content

The definition and basic principles of special education, the history of special education, diagnosis and evaluation and the characteristics of individuals with special needs will be examined.

EXPLANATIONS ABOUT ASSIGMANT REPORT

The contribution of the work to the year-end average is 25%.

The aim of this study is to examine a research article published in a scientific refereed journal.

The selected article must be published in refereed journals and has the quality of scientific research and related to the selected topic
Summarizing and reporting in accordance with appropriate reporting techniques
Be prepared to study on the related course week
Questions about the article can be answered
The report to be prepared should be written in Times New Roman, normal, 12 point, justified, one and a half line spacing, before the title and subheadings and then in the Word file without interval.

The report should not be less than 3 pages.

Each report must have a cover.

The name of the person who made the assignment on the cover must include the name of the department and the name of the course.

The full text of the selected article should be attached to the report.

The prepared report must be submitted in the week in which the subject is explained.

The deadline for submission of the reports of the students who did not submit the report of the week in which the subject was discussed is the date of the final exam.

Students who do not submit their homework during the week in which the topic is chosen will be evaluated on 50 points.

Each student must be selected by at least one student.

The subject of the homework should be notified to the instructor within the first two weeks.
