Course Objective

The aim of this course is to explain the effect of the hereditary structure of the individual on the formation of nutritional habits; to evaluate the importance and effect of nutrition in terms of protection from diseases with genetic predisposition and improving the quality of life.

Course Content

The content of this course includes the definition of genetics, gene and disease interactions, nutritional genomics application areas.
