Course Objective
The aim of the course is to introduce the concepts related to project management and to improve the project management skills of students.
Course Content
This course will introduce engineering students to understand:
- How projects are designed and managed using analytical methods
- Typical problems and issues faced during the management of projects
- An overview of quantitative and computer-based tools used to make key project decisions.
