Course Objective

The aim of the course; to learn the concepts of science and research, the source of knowledge and the practical basis of problem solving, to learn some important results in the history of science, learning the methods of learning,  to learn statistical methods,  to learn the principles of quantitative and qualitative research,  to learn the principles of presentation of articles, reports, seminars and thesis learning the rules of scientific ethics.

Course Content

  1. Creating documents and presentations with LaTeX
  2. To develop a specific understanding of the role of research in science
  3. To gain knowledge and skills about the process and methods of increasing
  4. Ability to analyze and evaluate research with serious and consistent approaches
  5. To gain the ability to apply systematic thinking and analytical methods to solve sectoral problems
  6. To develop an ability of data collection, data analysis and evaluation techniques
  7. To contribute to the preparation of independent articles, technical reports and thesis
