Course Objective
This course aims to provide its participants a comprehensive knowledge on organization theory and organizational behavior with all its functions and processes. Main objective of the course is to demonstrate a big picture where participants can see all OT and OB concepts and practices together for sustaining an effective organization in line with the corporate strategy.

- To analyze the influence of external factors such as economic, cultural and political factors on management thinking and on firms
- Understand the definition of organization and organizational research
- To be able to write an academic paper on organization theories

- Understanding the historical development of organizational theory
