Course Objective
This course aims to provides you with a basic understanding of project management methodology and practices.
Course Content
This challenging course that focuses on how projects are managed in real life is mostly (but not entirely) based on the on PMI® (Project Management Institute®) standards

Rules
A total of 4 (four) assignments will be given to the students during the semester. It is expected that the students will send these assignments to the mentioned e-mail address in time. Homeworks that are not shared on time will not be evaluated.

- Being able to form project management plan that covers quality, communication, sources and stakeholders
- Being able to understand project start process and application
- Being able to carry out expectitions of project stakeholders and project scope
- Being able to distinguish and compare the role and responsibilities of project members
