Course Objective
This course aims to provide its participants a comprehensive introduction to human resource management with all its functions and processes. Main objective of the course is to demonstrate a big picture where participants can see all HRM concepts and practices together for sustaining an effective organization in line with the corporate strategy.
Course Content
The course aims to provide advanced and contemporary knowledge in the light of recent evidence and developments in science for all issues related to HRM, from creating a candidate pool to recruiting employees, performance management to training and development.
