Course Objective

This course aims to provides you with a basic understanding of project management methodology and practices.

Course Content

This challenging course that focuses on how projects are managed in real life is mostly (but not entirely) based on the on PMI® (Project Management Institute®) standards

  1. Being able to form project management plan that covers quality, communication, sources and stakeholders
  2. Being able to understand project start process and application
