Course Objective
Through clinical practices, it is aimed for students to work to strengthen citizens' means of seeking their rights and to gain the knowledge, skills and values they will need in their professional lives. Clinical studies enable students to transfer the theoretical knowledge they have learned at the faculty to real life and provide free legal information to people with legal problems.
Course Content
In the Law Clinics, critical thinking, the judicial field, access to justice, legal ethics, legal problem solving, writing and presenting legal opinions, and interview techniques are addressed through practical training methods. At the end of the courses and practices, students will be able to analyze the functioning of the judicial field, identify the difficulties in access to justice, define the principles of legal ethics, describe the basic rules in preparing written and oral legal opinions, apply techniques for solving legal problems and use effective communication techniques.In this direction, both practical work will be done in the lessons and experience transfer will be made by inviting people practicing law professions.
