HUK 444 - Reconciliation Law in Criminal Procedure

With the reconciliation, the social peace that has been disturbed by crime between the parties will be re-established, and new conflicts and crimes will be blocked. If the society understands the legal meaning and consequences of reconciliation, its structure prone to reconciliation, the superior performance of our conciliators despite their lack of education and newness, and the proliferation of reconciliations that take place in ways that satisfy an increasing number of parties in practice, will increase the importance and function of the conciliation institution in society. In particular, we see the increase in crimes within the scope of reconciliation in Article 253 of the CMK no. 5271, amended by Law No. 6763, as a revolution in terms of criminal proceedings. The aim of the course is to teach mediation effectively.
