Course Objective

It is to create a theoretical and practical infrastructure to reach the right solution in collisions, especially strikes and lockouts.

Course Content

Worker and employer organizations, development of unionism, union freedom and right concepts, establishment and activities of workers and employer organizations, membership, membership, collective labor agreement, collective labor disputes and solutions, strike and lockout
