Course Objective
In this course, the execution of criminal sanctions and related principles, policies and procedures are examined. In this context, The enforcement regime in the Turkish criminal justice system, enforcement agencies, prison staff and special shapes of executions are analyzed.
Course Content
Basic Concepts of Law Enforcement, General Law Enforcement in the Turkish Penal Execution Law, Execution Institutions and Pesonnel, Execution Types, Monitoring of Execution

- Basic knowledge and operation about Turkish penal execution system are learned.
