Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide basic knowledge in the field of European Union Private Law and to gain the ability to analyze the legal aspects of the European Union's strategies in the domestic and foreign markets.

Course Content

EUROPEAN UNION, ORGANIZATION OBJECTIVES AND HISTORY. EU LAW SOURCES, DOMESTIC MARKET, EU COMPANY LAW. EU COMPETITION LAW, DIGITAL SINGLE MARKET STRATEGY.

  1. Student comprehends the establishment and aims of the European Union.
  2. Students comprehend the basic knowledge of EU Company Law.
  3. Student comprehends the basic principles of EU Competition Law.
  4. Student comprehends EU Internal Market Principles and Digital Single Market Strategies.
