Course Objective
the purpose of this course is to teach the private provisions in the Code of Obligations in the light of doctrin and other sample cases by providing information.

contracs and types of contracts will be explained and practices will be made to make the topic better understood

- student will have the basic knowledge on private provisions in the Code of Obligations
- student will have the basic knowledge on doctrin and cases which are upon the provisions in the Code of Obligations
