Course Objective
The main objective of this course is to examine the crime types in the Turkish Criminal Code in detail in terms of material and spiritual elements, enterprise, affiliation and punishment.
Course Content
There are many types of crime, such as crimes committed against fundamental freedoms, crimes committed against public safety, public order and family life, crimes committed in the field of information, organized crime, and crimes committed against property.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Analyzes the concept of criminal law, the basic principles of criminal law, the principle of criminal responsibility and sources and interpretation in criminal law, the principles of criminal law and sources and interpretation in criminal Law.
