Course Objective

The purpose of this module is to teach to student how to protect rights with the help of state when they are violated

Course Content

some topics such as how a ligitation starts, the place of civil procedure law in litigation types, court system, power and duties of courts, are examined

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. explain alternative dispute resolution methods
  2. Have information about general court and special court relations
  3. HAve information about the organs of the courts, the opening of the case, the evidence, the trial and the judgment
  4. Have information about how the judicial process starts
  5. Learn the legal remedies against the provision
  6. Have knowledge about arbitration
  7. Learns the system of evidence used in courts
