Course Objective
Civil Procedure Law is a law that describes how to realize these rights through state aid in case of violation of the rights granted to private persons by private law. Civil Procedure Law also regulates the court organization, the proceedings procedure, the rights and obligations of the plaintiff and the defendant, the rights and obligations of the courts, the judges and the plaintiffs of the defendants and the plaintiffs, the evidence for claiming and defense, the legal remedies against the verdict and the procedure to be followed.
Course Content
In the context of Civil Procedure Law, the students are introduced to how to start the trial process, the place of the civil procedure law within the judicial varieties, the court organization, the duty and authority of the courts, the refusal of the judge and the relation between the general court and special court. Information is also given.

Course Learning Outcomes
- Knowledge of the place of civil procedure law between the branches of law, application of civil procedure law in time and place, sources of civil procedure law and interpretation of the rules of civil procedure law.
- In the case, the party, the status of the party to follow, the party admission, the parties to change, the representation of the parties, to interpret and discuss them has the ability.
- The judiciary is dominated by the jurisdiction of the courts, the refusal of the judge and the special court relations with the general court.
- Have knowledge about the process of judicial proceedings and judicial types
